    Depending on our team’s availability, we can schedule a cleaning service at short notice. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your slot.
  • What is the service coverage area?
    We serve several locations in Florida, including cities like The Villages, Wildwood, Lady Lake, Summerfield, Winter Garden, Oviedo, Umatilla, Leesburg, and Celebration. If you’re outside these areas, contact us to check availability.
  • What type of cleaning products do you use?
    We use high-quality cleaning products and, whenever possible, we choose eco-friendly and sustainable options to ensure the safety of the environment and everyone around.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • How long does a residential or commercial cleaning take?
    The duration depends on the size and condition of the space. A regular residential cleaning typically takes between 1 to 3 hours, while deeper or commercial cleanings may take longer.
  • Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
    It’s not necessary to be present during the cleaning, but we recommend leaving clear instructions for any specific areas or items that need special attention.
  • Do you clean commercial spaces of all sizes?
    Yes, we service commercial spaces of all sizes, from small shops to large offices and businesses. We can customize the services to meet the needs of your business.
  • How do I know which type of cleaning is best for my home or office?

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
